PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Design and construction of Maddalena exploratory tunnel for the new Lyon-Turin rail link.
The project involves the construction of a tunnel with a diameter of 6.30 m and a length of 7.567 meters.
Currently 242 meters were excavated with traditional methodology after which the excavation was mechanized with a TBM such as “open type”.
